Functional body strength with body weight workout
The training includes a series of challenging workouts that aim at varying the stress that is produced throughout the body. This is basically because of the fact that we localize the strain production owing to a bad and an undesired yield. These exercises mimic the CST-Circuit Strength Training exercises which concentrate on testing and subjecting the body to a series of exercises with minimum or sometimes no time breaks. The exercise involves workouts such as pike pushups, boot strappers, short pushups, chin-ups etc. This minimal break workout that relies upon consecutive variation in our exercise ensures a body with good conditioning, flexibility and endurance. The variation ensures the distribution of the alteration through out the body. Orienting the concept around functional strengthening, these exercises promote a well conditioned workout. It sets us in an active platform that brings about the desired change as per our requirements.
